John D. Rusin, 56, of 735 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Regan J. Gorneault, 36, of 3 Malone Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Michelle E. Albitz, 36, of 1114 Crescent Mills, Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Thomas Ray, 24, of 4 Brookside Glen, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
David Centeno, 22, of 396 Main St., Indian Orchard, was released on $2,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, a number plate violation to conceal identification and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Fabian Davila, 25, of 21 Highland Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Ryan R. Edwards, 34, of 31 Maebeth St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
Todd A. Sicard, 37, of 135 Pinehurst Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence brought by State Police.
Thomas E. Lapolice, 52, of 26 Laro Road, Southwick, was ordered to make no threats or abuse toward the named victim and to comply with all abuse prevention orders when he was placed on pretrial probation for one year after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, intimidating a witness and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police.
Barbara E. Hannah, 32, of 18 Mansfield St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault on a family or household member.
