Edgardo Nieves Jr., 37, of 171 East Longmeadow Road, Wilbraham, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to a 60-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Daniel Grimes, 27, of 20 Noel St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Blandford police and was fined $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $100.
Ryan A. Pasquini-Pezzini, 23, of 183 Gun Club Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to remain alcohol free. He pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and was placed on probation for a year.
Zachary A. Holder, 24, of 27 Francis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. He pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and was placed on probation for a year.
Julie M. Kvarnstrom, 46, of 6 Grant St., pleaded guilty to a charge assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and was placed on probation for nine months. He was assessed $90.
Ariana Baez, 26, of 201 Village Park Road, Amherst, was found to be responsible for a charge of sending or receiving an electronic message while operating a motor vehicle and was assessed $100 or four hours of community service. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
