Ronald P. St. Marie, 36, of 276 Buck Pond Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas Sgueglia, 24, of 14 Jessie Lane, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class C drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of sending or receiving electronic messages while operating a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation and was assessed an additional $200.
Anthony T. Scarfo, 42, of 57 Clifton St, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Rhonda L. Dunlevy, 52, of 404 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seatbelt.
Matthew P. Alamed, 23, of 53 Queen Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Joshua R. Kudelka, 24, of 11 Bush St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of Westfield police operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident brought by Agawam police.
Jamie Daigle, 39, of 2994 Main St., Becket, was found not guilty, in a bench trial, of charges of violation of a harassment prevention order, trespass and operating a motor vehicle with suspended license when Judge Philip A. Contant allowed a defense motion for a required finding.
