Ivan Rivera, 47, of 199 Belmont St., Springfield, was released on $600 cash bail pending a Feb. 7, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Jose A. Ramos, 44, of 186 Joseph Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Michael A. Valentin, 35, of 18 Stanley Court, Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50.
Brandon A. Callahan, 20. of 28 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 14, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Nathan D. Curtin, 24, of 40 Heritage Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 14, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Mark S. Michel, 23, of 265 New Ludlow Road, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations.
Rick Cordeira, 52, of 40 Shepard St., saw charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, threatening to commit a crime and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
Rosa Oyola, 47, of 298 Elm St., Holyoke, was released on $500 personal surety pending a Feb. 14, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Oyola was also released on $500 personal surety pending a Feb. 14, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications.
