Jason D. Petrucelli, 33, of 42 Arnold St., was released on $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Thaddeus Morin, 32, of 26 W. Glen Drive, was released on $500 cash bail pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Royal Frederic, 35, of 552 Linden Boulevard, Brooklyn, N.Y., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Miles A. Burns III, 27, of 22 Briarwood Place, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a third offense, brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction, with credit for time already served. He was fined $1,250 and assessed $390. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence of liquor and was sentenced to a consecutive one year term. He was fined $3,125. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and was found to be responsible.
Mark A. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Conner Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting property valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, he was held in lieu of $3,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 8, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, a subsequent offense. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Nikiel was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery.
Jason M. Gibney, 31, of 106 North Lake Ave., Southwick, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
