Vitaliy M. Minchuk, 20, of 100 Lockhouse Road, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by State Police. He was fined $725 and assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating motor vehicle without the registration in his possession, failure to wear a seat belt and a number plate violation.
Jenny Colon, 46, of 243 Elm St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence when she was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
