Garcia, 46, of 18 East Hooker St., Apt. 4, Springfield, was released on $5,000 cash bail and with pretrial conditions pending a March 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distribute class A drug subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession to distribute class A drug subsequent offense and drug violation near school/park, brought by Westfield Police.

Krystal L. Wilder, 21, of 74A Danek Dr., Apt. A, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distribute class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of heroin and drug violation near park/school, brought by Westfield Police.

Gary D. Musial, 48, of 12 Meadow St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law, brought by Westfield Police.

Kevin C. Anderson, 53, of 1139 Elm St., Apt. 1R, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distribute class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near school/park, brought by Westfield Police.

Peter W. Gezotis, 56, of 13 Loring Lane, Westfield, was arraigned on and had charges of operating motor vehicles with registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by State Police Russell.

Aliaksandr Tabolich, 38, of 38 Prospect St., 1st floor, West Springfield, received a six-month sentence to House of Correction time served direct with a balance suspended until Feb. 1, 2019, with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to two charges of violate abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield Police.

Joseph S. Boyer, 40, of 25 Chapel St., Apt. 1, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 9 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.

Christopher M. Nadolski, 33, of 120 Hampton Ave., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 23 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of dumping from motor vehicle + 7 cu. ft. of trash, brought by Westfield Police.

Brianna Cardwell, 26, of 628 College Hwy., Apt. 11, Southwick, had charges of marked lanes violation, fail to stop/yield and speeding admission to sufficient facts found with finding of responsible and had fees assessed, while a charge of possession class A drug admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding dismissed upon payment, with fee assessed, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Southwick Police.
