Chanze C. Facey, 26, of 5 S. Longyard St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Caterina Miacola, 25, of 22 Little River Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
Edward Gonzalez, 23, of 136 Sargeant St., Holyoke saw charges of assault and battery, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear, assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed when the victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Yvonne Griffith, 37, of 62 Washburn St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police
Carlos M. Ortiz, 44, of 80 George St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending an April 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Ryan P. Alvarado, 34, of 126 Homestead Ave., Indian Orchard, was enjoined from abuse of the victim after he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Petro M. Makarchuk, 19, of 82 S. Maple St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a march 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Cruz, 42, of 13 Denette St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a March 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of home invasion and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Ronald P. St. Marie, 36, of 276 Buck Pond Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Jeffrey J. Kent, 21, of 5 Eastwood Drive, Southampton, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
William M. Cavanaugh, 57, of 129 Long Pond Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $150.
Courtney J. Davis, 21, of 2 Upper Russell Road, Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 24 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Chelsei M. Smith, 22, of 126 Union Sr., was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 24 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery and a charge of assault and battery with a a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
