Tyriek Dixon, 26, of 30 Middle St., Springfield, had charges of possession to distribute class B drugs and distributing of class B drugs dismissed nolle prosequi, as well as a charge of conspiracy to violate drug law to be found to have sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until it was dismissed upon payment, brought by Westfield Police.
Dashawn Coles, 25, of 21 Irving St., West Springfield, had charges of possession to distribute class B drugs and distributing of class B drugs dismissed nolle prosequi, as well as a charge of conspiracy to violate drug law to be found to have sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until it was dismissed upon payment, brought by Westfield Police.
Lauren C. Sayre, 47, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 21 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property, brought by Granville Police.
