Rhonda L. Guevin, 40, of 31 Basket St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace brought by State Police and was fined $100. She was assessed $100 and a charge of assault and battery was dismissed when the named victim asserted his Fight Amendment privilege and refused to testify.
Robert J. Wensley, 37, of 18 Freyer Road, Southampton, was released on $250 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Heather M. Twing, 33, of 63 George St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice.
Colin Hannifan, 20, of 28 Hancock St., saw two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the named victim did not appear in court. A charge of armed robbery was not prosecuted. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, a charge of larceny from a person was also dismissed without prejudice when the named victim did not appear in court.
Lisa M. Bish, 47, of 69 Court St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Robert J. Turgeon, 27, of11 Crescent St., Huntington, saw a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim did not appear in court.
Artiom Zhuk, 27, of 5 Frisbee Terrace, Holley, New York, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $50 and charges of kidnapping and intimidating a witness were not prosecuted.
Venessa M. Malave, 26, of 14 Bates St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Ricardo Rosado, 25, of 1176 Huntington Road, Russell, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed when the named victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
