Shannon Yelinek, 30, of 50 Stivens Terrace, Ludlow, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Paul Bshara, 54, of 89 Bridal Path Lane, West Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and was assessed $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a number plate violation to conceal identification were not prosecuted.
Kayla R. Fanion, 24, of 67 Pochassic St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and uttering a false check brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Fanion again submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed an additional $50.
Wilmer Figueroa, 35, of 107 School St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Andrew T. Chase, 31, of 7 West School St., was released on $500 personal surety pending a March 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to wear a seat belt brought by State Police.
Patrick R. O’Brien, 45, of 5 Greenwood St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Feb. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
