Luke H. Hardy, 53, of 42 Arnold St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $140. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Hardy also submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Daniel J. Minelli, 36, of 7 Day Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
James Hernandez, 27, of 101 West St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Thomas J. Saba, 26, of 24 Lumae St, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. Unterreiner, 22, of 43 Oakcrest Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
