Jason R. Beaumier, 47, of 15 Fowler St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon and was assessed $90.

Christopher M. Pasternak, 46, of 54 High St., Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Shauna A. Morgan, 32, of 138 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, saw charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.

Latisha M. Deleon, 26, of 101 Lowell St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty finding for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was required to undergo anger management evaluation.

Michael A. Williams, 64, of 16 Depot St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.

Robert F. Fox II, 37, of 53 Burford Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of corrections, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
