Nicole L. Trohon, 25, of 11 Noble Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Jerimie M. Hankins, 29, of 13 George Loomis Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50, ordered to pay court costs of $100 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Yuliya B. Mosijchuk, 28, of 100 Newgate Road, Suffield, Connecticut, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90.
Kenneth A. Kratovil, 37, of 47 Broad St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Jose Ortiz, 21, of 535 South Bridge St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Jose Alvarado, 37, of 55 Dickinson St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Alex Nunez, 41, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 2 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
