Christopher D. Moll, 45, of 166 Guinevere Ridge, Cheshire, Conn., was arraigned on six charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, four charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and two charges of attempting to commit a crime brought in eight cases by Westfield police. In each case, Moll was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victims and was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
Richard L. Eldridge, 41, of 14 Dean Pond Road, Brimfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for charges of failure to stop for police, failure to stop or yield, speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Lawrence Catania, 75, of 8 Fourth St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Kaitlin L. Palazzi, 21, of 108 Elizabeth Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Kellogg, 21, of 10 Exchange St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Gregg Gerow, 49, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
