Andrew B. Coach, 23, of 23 Tannery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
Matthew D. Blanchard, 25, of 30 High St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
John P. Farrelly, 28, of 16 William St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Kirk A. Reynolds, 24, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of forgery of a check, two charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation until Feb. 28, 2014. He was $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $300. Judge Philip Contant also ordered that any violation of probation would trigger an alternative sentence of a one year term in the house of correction concurrent with a sentence imposed in a separate case. Two charges of forgery of a check and two charges of uttering a false check were not prosecuted.
April-Rose Clark, 21, of 75 Orange St., was placed on pretrial probation for six months and ordered to pay restitution of $497.75 after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
Michael N. Leonard, 41, of 26 Hampden St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Christopher Berrios, 26, of 56 Elm Street, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $135.
Anthony C. Santinello, 24, of 28 Cross St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Justin M. Black, 25, of 50 Southampton Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and his license was suspended for 90 days
Scott Taylor, 28, of 49 Knox St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 3 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Edward Kostyushko, 21, of 33 Russellville Road, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending an April 5 pretrial hearing after he was arraigned on charges of armed and masked robbery, possession of a Class A drug, kidnapping, possession of a Class B drug with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm without an FID card, and possession of ammunition without an FID card brought by Westfield police.
Jamie Francis, 20, of 103 Court St, was found to have violated probation imposed November 7, 2011 when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding of a charge of larceny of property valued over $250 by a single scheme. He was found guilty of the charge and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction.
Alexis Rivera, 33, of 15 Pleasant St., admitted to facts sufficient to charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. The charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a car seat for a child younger than 8-years-old and a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $60.

Chaun Reyes, 21, of 17 Pleasant St., was place on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Sheen M. Benoit, 23, of 47 Taylor Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and larceny of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced, for the first charge, to an 18 month term in the house of correction with eight months to be served direct with the balance suspended with probation for one year. He was sentenced to a concurrent eight month term for the second charge and was assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Benoit pleaded guilty to charges of threatening to commit a crime, intimidating a witness and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction with six months to be served direct with the balance suspended with probation for one year for the intimidation charge. He was sentenced to a six month term for the charge of threatening to commit a crime and an eight month term for the malicious damage charge with both of those sentences to be served concurrently with the term imposed for the assault and battery charge.
John H. Lacourse, 55, of 47 Craig Drive, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Deirdre F. Webb, 43, of 44 Mechanic St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, a charge of distribution of a Class B drug was not prosecuted.
Adam J. Sharon, 22, of 1417 East Mountain Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
