Samuel W. Rice, 44, of 413 Belmont St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of improper use of a credit card and charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and receiving a lost credit card brought by Westfield police.
Barbara A. Bergquist, 20, of 158 Tannery Road was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Mary E. Shevock, 33, of 10 Washington St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Corey Cameron, 22, of 117 Valley View Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300, was ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
Kendy Nguyen, 19, of 52 Euclid Ave. Springfield, was found responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by the Southwick police. He was assessed $100.
