Theodore T. Whitworth, 22, of 19 Lockhouse Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt, operation of a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, for a number plate violation and for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Dawn Martin, 40, of 14 Oak St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
John L. Patrick, 38, of 35 Moseley Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding of a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and was ordered to pay restitution of $1435.09. The judge ordered that any violation of probation would result in at least a guilty finding.
Zachary J. Neuser, 18, of 54 Berkshire Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a pretrial hearing April 11 after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Peter Rigali, 30, of 310 Pleasant St., Holyoke, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
