Douglas P. Fortin, 39, of 37 Ridgeway Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a child with injuries and three charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jacqueline Silver, 48, of 17 Boyleston St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after she was arraigned on charges of unlawful possession of a theft detection device deactivator or remover and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Desmond Mixon, 21, of 803 Armory St., Springfield, was released upon payment of $500 cash bail after he was arranged on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
