Joel A. O’Quinn, 32, of 120 Roosevelt Ave., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of using a motor vehicle without authority, larceny from a building and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to three concurrent 90 day terms in the house of correction with credit for time served. Charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear while entering with intent to commit a felony were not prosecuted. Megan A. Vanveldhuizen , 29, of 83 Williams St., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Ronald P. Skroczky, 50, of 700 Russell Road, Apt. 9, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
