Manuel L. Ramos-Goicochea, 24, of 17 Cambridge St., Springfield, saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.

Louis J. Carmel, 50, of 542 Little River Road, Westfield, was held pending a July 16 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of burning a building brought by Westfield police. See story in the July 14 edition of The Westfield News.

Ransford A. Kwade, 22, of no fixed address in Westfield, was held without right to bail pending a July 16 bail hearing after a he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.

Krystal L. Wilder, 22, of 74A Danek Drive, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of heroin brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50 and charges of distribution of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and a drug violation near a school or park were not prosecuted.

Jiri G. Perez, 22, of 12 Lewis St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.

Javier Quiles, 40, of 154 Northwest Road, Westfield, was held without right to bail after Judge William O’Grady allowed a motion for pretrial detention due to his dangerousness after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony while putting a person in fear and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
