Nickalos R. Rodriguez, 23, of 126 Union St., #415, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police. In a second case also brought by State Police, Rodriguez was again released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a second charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Angel D. Hernandez, 52, of 96 Mechanic St., Apt. A, Westfield, was released on $100 personal surety pending an Aug. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.

Paul. S. Kluiko, 47, of 404 Southwick Road, #36, Westfield, was released on $125 cash bail pending an Aug. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on four charges of indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age and a charge of accosting or annoying another person brought by Agawam police. In a second case also brought by Agawam police, Kluiko was again released on $125 cash bail pending an Aug. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on five charges of indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age.

Alfonso Ponce, 30, of 509 Canon Circle, Springfield, was held in lieu $100 cash bail pending a July 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.

Andrew C. Stenico, 25, of no fixed address in Westfield, was held in lieu $100,000 cash bail pending a July 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age, assault with intent to rape a child and rape of a child with force brought by the Hampden County District Attorney.

Eduard Shevtsov, 53, of 152 Sumner Ave., Springfield, was released upon payment of $200 cash bail pending an Aug. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and making a false application of a motor vehicle license brought by State Police.

Jason Martin, 32, of 31 Frederick St., Westfield, was released upon payment of $250 cash bail pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
