Angel M. Gonzalez, 42, of 20 Alderman St., Apt. 2, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, misuse of a RMV document and a number plate violation to concealed identification brought by Southwick police.
Antonio Vega, 19, of 265 Pheland Street, Springfield, was released upon payment of $1,000 cash bail pending a Nov. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Abraham K. Kopacz, 18, of 55 Main Street, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Desiree Mendoza, 34, of 36 Sylvan Street, Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon immediate payment of $50 in court costs.
Laura LeClaire, 47, of 32 Tamarack Road, Reading, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Jessica P. Stacy, 30, of 642 Southwick Road, Apt. 41, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of trespass, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Stacy pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She was fined $750, assessed $350 and her license was suspended for two years She was ordered to complete a 14-day in-patient program and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted.
