Jacob J. Sosini, 23, of 26 Silverbrook Ln., North Granby, Conn., plead guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police. He was ordered to pay $350 in assessments, lose his license for one year, and serve two years of probation until Sept. 30, 2022. He was found not responsible for an additional charge of a marked lane violation.
Thomas R. Longtin, 63, of 21 Ridgeway Dr., Agawam, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. He was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 pre-trial hearing.
Robert F. Lambert, 59, of 62 Orange St., Westfield was arraigned on a charge of witness intimidation brought by Westfield police. He was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 pre-trial hearing.
Jeffrey A. Christie, 43, of 45 Granville Road, Southwick pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol brought by Southwick police. He was ordered to pay $350 in assessments and serve two years of probation until Sept. 30, 2022. He was found not responsible for additional charges of failure to stop for police and a motor vehicle lights violation. Additional charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed upon the request of the Commonwealth.
