Lisa M. Piispanen, 45, of 222 Huntington Road, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on household or family member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90.
Kiryl Sidash, 38, of 14 Otis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of assault and single charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $90.
Jose J. Mateo, 27, of 15 Dickens Drive, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a Feb. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a household or family member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangling or suffocating and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Kayla L. Hewes, 24, of 126 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
William Delgado, 31, of 7 Prospect St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
