Emmanuel G. Diaz, 24, of 83 Winter St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and was fined $625. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Stephen C. Taylor, 55, of 26 Veteran S Southwick, saw a charge of unlawful possession of fireworks not prosecuted.
Seth T. Jackman, 28, of 3Main Road, Montgomery, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Kendra M. Messier, 19, of 96 Homestead Ave., Russell, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, failure to wear a seat belt, negligent operation a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.
Emily E. Schools, 24, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
