Richard M. Coates, 38, of 1 Maplewood Ter., Apt. 1, Middletown, Connecticut, was held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond pending a Feb. 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receive stolen motor vehicle, possession class A drug, breaking and entering nighttime for felony, resist arrest, motor vehicle lights violation, fail stop for police, fail to stop/yield and reckless operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.

Ronald M. Coates, 38, of 64 Stack St., Apt. 2, Middletown, Connecticut, was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $250,000 bond pending a Feb. 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession class A drug, breaking and entering nighttime for felony, receive stolen motor vehicle and resist arrest, brought by Westfield Police.

Dean A. Zebian, 18, of 49 Woodsong Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Westfield Police.

Bryan A. Booth, 50, of 26 Hampden St., Westfield, had a charge of violate abuse prevention order dismissed upon request of defendant, failure to prosecute, brought by Westfield Police.

Travis A. Brooks, 34, of 13 Shore Road, Southwick, was arraigned on and had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation until Jan. 16, 2019, with fees assessed, while a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi prior to arraignment, and a charge of speeding in violation of special regulation found not responsible, brought by Southwick Police.

Nathanial F. Towse, 30, of 4 Pleasant St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield Police.
