Brian R. Dagostino, 43, of 276 Goss Hill Road, Chester, was released on $100 cash bail pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a household or family member and intimidating a witness brought by State Police.
Stewart Weldon, 37, of 112 Main St., was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a March 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey J. Kent, 20, of 5 Eastwood Drive, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a household or family member brought by Westfield police.
David M. Lazarz, 29, of 45 Honey Pot Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a household or family member brought by Southwick police. In a second case, brought by Westfield police, Lazarz was again released on his personal recognizance pending a March 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug.
Garry W. Clark, 34, of 1169 Crescent Mills, Russell, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Brett S. O’Connor, 24, of 220 Springfield Road, saw a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed without prejudice when a Commonwealth witness did not appear in court.
Svetlana Ivanov, 28, of 67 Hill St., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to the 61 days she served while awaiting trial. She was assessed $50.
Kenneth Garrett, 44, of 44 Forest Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of ammunition without a FID card brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $250.
Anthony J. Kane, 49, of 5 S. Longyard Road, Southwick, was released on $500 cash bail pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Southwick police.
