Jason D. Woody, 31, of 2 Margerie St., pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 90 days.
Ethan D. Boulanger, 23, of 629 Worthington St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Rey L. Augustino, 30, of 32 Lee Road, South Deerfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Feb. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of assault and battery on a police officer and charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Omer S. Wills, 39, of 8 Clark St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker
Megan R. Fernandez, 25, 38, of 114 New Broadway St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when a Commonwealth witness did not appear in court.
