Joshua Perrier, 18, of 12 Madison St., Westfield, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation to Jan. 25, 2019, with fees assessed and other penalties, while charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, improper operation of motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulation and marked lanes violation was found not responsible, and a charge of person under 21 possess liquor decriminalized with finding of responsible with assessment, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi, all charges brought by Westfield State University Police.

Jacob K. Devine, 27, of 18 Line St., Southampton, received a 127-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation to Jan. 24, 2020, with fees and fines assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent, second offense, while a charge of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle had an admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until day of, while charges of fail to stop/yield and speeding were found not responsible, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.

Raijon E. Ross, 25, of 17 Avon Pl., Springfield, received a six-month sentence to House of corrections suspended with probation until Jan. 25, 2019 after pleading guilty to a charge of breaking and entering for misdemeanor, and also received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until Jan. 25, 2019, with fee assessed, after pleading guilty to charges of larceny over $250 by false pretense and larceny of credit card. Ross also received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until Jan. 25, 2019, with fee assessed, after pleading guilty to charges of two counts breaking and entering vehicle/boat nighttime for felony and one charge of larceny under $250. Ross also received an 18-month sentence to House of Corrections with probation until Jan. 25, 2019, with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to two other charges of breaking and entering vehicle/boat nighttime for felony and larceny over $250, with restitution also ordered for latter charge. Ross also received one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until Jan. 25, 2019, with restitution ordered. All charges running concurrent. Ross also had a charge of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 25, 2019, with fee assessed, and a charge of no inspection/sticker found not responsible, brought by Westfield Police.
