9:26 a.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report from two people who claimed that their cell phones were allegedly stolen. They believed that they had a suspect and it is under investigation.

10:49 a.m.: Breaking and entering motor vehicle, Western Avenue. Police received a report from a walk-in who claimed that their vehicle was allegedly broken into and “U.S. currency” was reported stolen. Police reported the vehicle was unlocked and it is under investigation.

10:56 a.m.: Accident, Meadow Street and White Street. Police received a report of a two-car accident, with a report of a vehicle that “may have struck a house.” A 2010 Toyota Corolla and a 2013 Nissan Altima were involved. Police reported that no house was struck in the accident. Two people were transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel.

11:59 a.m.: Suspicious person, Southampton Road. Police received a report from a bank that a male party had allegedly come to the bank and attempted to cash a check which was reportedly counterfeit. The party left the bank according to the report, but left a Massachusetts ID behind. They also allegedly entered a white vehicle with a license plate that police reported was reportedly previously for a light gray Toyota Corolla. Police also reported that the endorsement on the check was “Interior Building Contractors.”

3:16 p.m.: Accident, Elm Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident with no injuries. A 2016 Honda Civic and a 2002 Ford F150 were involved. No tow trucks requested.
