Julie M. Kvarnstrom, 47, of 6 Grant St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, distribution of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
John W. Cowles, 35, of 6 Grant St., held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Agawam police. In a second case, brought by Westfield police, Cowles was again held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of trespass, two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and single charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, forgery of a document and vandalizing property.
Anthony Hatzisavas, 22, of 352 Shirley St., Winthrop, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Rutland man.
Joey Acevedo, 40, of 125 Catalina Drive, Springfield, saw charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Ryan C. Coggins, 25, of 266 West Allen Ridge Road, Springfield, was released on $500 personal surety pending a March 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, forgery of an order for money and uttering a false order for money brought by Westfield police.
Brandon R. Apperson, 22, of 11 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Todd J. Chamberlin, 40, of 12 Great Brook Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Martin Rose, 54, of 25 Thomas St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
