Richard J. Arnold, 23, of 14 Arnold St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim did not appear in court.
Christopher B. Burke, 33, of 669 Granville Road, Granville, saw charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence. Burke was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought as a separate case by Granville police.
Michael D. Rabtor, 48, of 155 Main St., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Bruno D. Antico, 22, of 236 Shaker Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $300 and a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
Wes T. Kellogg, 42, of Lower Sandy Hill Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Donald Sullivan, 27, of 700 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and attempted murder were not prosecuted.
