Mark E. Ethier, 41, of 12 Lincoln St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding of with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Esther Z. Guilbe, 41, of 2964 Main St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery on a person 60 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50 and required to pay restitution of $108.88.
Joseph P. Pagano, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding of with probation for a year. A charge of distribution of a Class B drug and a drug violation near a school or park was not prosecuted.
Myron Kuluk, 46, of 137 Congamond Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.

Kristen Hackett, 26, of 17 Congamond Road, Southwick, was found guilty in a bench trial of uttering a false prescription and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $90.
Charles E. Harris, 31, of 19 Rocky Brook Drive, Huntington, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police dismissed after he made full restitution.
Jahan D. Rahimi, 26, of 45 Dana St., saw charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), failure to yield at an intersection and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police dismissed after he pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was placed on probation for one year and was assessed $300.
Hery Aquino, 27, of 104 Grant St., Lynn, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Casey E. Smith, 28, of 49A Crown St., Montgomery, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300. She was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
