Jacob M. Samborski, 23, of 37 Pochassic St., pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was fined $125. He was also assessed $50.
Tiffany Kozak, 36, of 56A Berkshire Ave., Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. In a separate case brought by Blandford police, she admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed an additional $50.
Aaron P. Rosenfield, 24, of 353 South Lane, Granville, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and he was assessed an additional $50.
Michael Vecchio, 45, of 30 Granville Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Laura J. Bolio, 41, of 103 Main St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting a crime brought by Westfield police.
Travis W. Hall, 19, of 208 Beekman Drive, Agawam, pleaded guilty to a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession liquor and was fiend $50. He was also assessed $50.
