Henry P. Brown, 69, of 47 N. Main St., East Granby, Conn., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and not responsible for a marked lanes violation. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Daniel N. Hine, 24, of 135 Thayer Road, Worthington, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal identification were not prosecuted.

Azim A. Sullivan, 37, of 86 St. James Ave., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of distribution of a Class D drug (a subsequent offense) and was sentenced to a one-year term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial since March 7, 2012. He was assessed $90 and order to pay fees totaling $340. A charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
Codey D. Fautex, 19, of 300 Loomis Street, North Granby, Conn., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Casey A. Martin, 29, of 33 Adams St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
