Brian J. Walsh, 22, of 183 Richard Road, Braintree, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Gavin Grabowski, 17, of 183 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Vladimir F. Kostyushko, 30, of 52 Russellville Road, West Springfield, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property distribute brought by Westfield police.
