, 21, of 2 Leland Road, Natick, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to attend a driver’s alcohol education program and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol were continued without finding while charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and lights violation, brought by Westfield State University police, were dismissed for plea purposes.
Laura A. Hall, 39, of 6 Kellogg St., was released on her own recognizance pending an August 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and refusing to identify herself brought by Westfield police.
Luis Yupangui, 20, of 17A Court Square, Milford, was released on his own recognizance and ordered to pay $100 at arraignment after charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, brought by State Police Westfield, were continued without finding.
Francisco Yupangui, 35, of 22 Church Hill Court, Milford, was released on his own recognizance and ordered to pay $100 at arraignment after charges of permitting an unlicensed driver/driver with suspended license to operate a motor, brought by State Police Westfield, were continued without finding.
Gabrielle Stellato, 27, of 57 Hill St., Apt. 1R, West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Brittany Lambert, 26, of 47 Broad St., Apt. A4, received 90 days probation and fined $100 after charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license were continued without finding at arraignment while she was found not responsible for not possessing a license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Ashley A. Fortin, 29, of 33 Norman Terrace, Feeding Hills, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to stay away from the victim and be subjected to random drug testing after charges of larceny over $250 were continued without finding while charges of trespass, brought by Southwick police, were dismissed. Fortin also received concurrent probation after separate charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering were continued without finding.
Clara M. Snowden, 52, of 23 William St., received 60 days probation and ordered to pay $100 after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding at arraignment and was found not responsible for a crosswalk violation brought by Westfield police.
