, 32, of 37 Vadnais St., E. Longmeadow, was released on his own recognizance pending an October 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a state highway traffic violation, leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police Russell.
Jorge A. Ayala, 26, of 33 Eloise St., Springfield, received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $50 while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and was found not responsible for operating an unregistered vehicle brought by State Police Westfield.
Michele D. Colson, 52, of 23 Tannery Road, #C, received six months probation, ordered to continue mental health treatment and instructed to abide by an abuse prevention order after charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick police, were continued without finding.
Anna M. Vecchio, 27, of 33 Dept St., Southwick, was placed on 90 days pretrial probation and ordered to pay $200 for charges of identity fraud and larceny over $250, brought by Southwick police.
Grady Hughes, 19, of 18 Pearl Brook Road, Southwick, received one year probation and ordered to pay $1,320 due by September 11, after charges of leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police, were continued without finding.
Crystal L. Ortona, 28, of 55 Day Ave., was released on her own recognizance pending a July 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a state highway brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey L. Mortensen, 18, of 45 Woodcliff Drive, had charges of number plate violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by State Police Russell, dismissed at arraignment.
Shauna J. Erickson-conran, 28, of 109 Bridle Road, Billerica, had charges of operating an unregistered vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, brought by State Police Westfield, dismissed at arraignment.
Taylor Del Duco, 18, of 23 Greenwood St., received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Victor Colon, 36, of 140 Chestnut St., Springfield, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license subsequent offense brought by State Police Russell.
