June 12, 2012

Theresa F. Masher, 47, of 324 Russell Road, Apartment 215, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of operating under the influence of liquor but the charge was continued without a finding until June 14, 2013. The Commonwealth did not pursue a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Masher was found not responsible for failing to yield at an intersection. Fees and fines were issued.

Victoria A. Sikand, 20, of 140 Regency Park Drive, Agawam, had charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and resisting arrest not pursued by the Commonwealth.

June 13, 2012

Aaron C. Wright, 32, of 21 Princeton St., Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of larceny over $250 but the charge was continued without a finding until September 3, 2012. Fees and a probation warning were issued.

June 14, 2012

Jose R. Oquendo, Jr. 36, of 65 Mechanic St., Apartment A, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of leaving a scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Oquendo was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 23, 2012.

James A. Lemarier, 27, of 165 Russell Road, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and a state highway traffic violation. Lemarier was released on his own personal recognizance, pending an August 3, 2012.

Kimberly A. Ciancotti, 26, of 152 Pontoosic Road, Westfield, was arraigned on charges o possession of a class A drug, being present where heroin is kept, and conspiring to violate a drug law. Ciancotti was released on her own personal recognizance, pending an August 23 pretrial conference.

Santos L. Bones, of 40 Franklin St., Apartment 1 Floor, Westfield, pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug. Fees and fines were issued, and Bones must submit to drug-free testing through June 14, 2013.

June 15, 2012

Randolph S. Holmes, Jr., 22, of 627 South West Street, Agawam, arraigned on charges of possession of a class B (2 counts) and possession of a class E. Holmes was released on his own personal recognizance. Fees were issued. A pretrial hearing is set for August 7.

Miles A. Burns III, 27, of 22 Briarwood Place, Westfield, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and trespassing. Burns was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing is set for August 8.

Jeffrey C. Manley, 35, of 21 Summit Drive, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, and threat to commit a crime. Manley was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing is set for August 8.
