Wednesday, June 13, 2012
5:21 p.m.: assault, Sackett St., Orange Street female reports being invited by a Sackett Street male to have a beverage, reporting party state she consumed the drink, then immediately felt dizzy and lightheaded, male punched here on the head and then began to grope her, the victim stated she managed to escape and flee to the City Cab garage at 29 Orange St. officer requested an ambulance, female was transported to Noble Hospital, incident remains under investigation;
7:41 p.m.: arrest, 10 Washington St., officers report locating a male who is the subject of three arrest warrants, Randall A. McFarlane, 33, of that location taken into custody;
7:56 a.m.: well-being check, Hillside Road, caller reports she was speaking with her father who seemed confused and unable to communicate, officer reports speaking with the caller’s father who answered several questions to assess his mental acuity, officer reports subject is mentally sharp and that he was watching television and dozing when his daughter called, caller notified of situation, services rendered;
8:04 p.m.: incapacitated persons Whip City Brew Pub, 287 North Elm St., caller reports two intoxicated subjects came to pub and now are refusing to leave, subjects denied service, officer reports he deemed the two males incapable of driving, subjects were transported to William Street address, officer took the subjects’ keys and turned them in to dispatch for recovery when subjects are sober, see following entry;
8:44 p.m.: disturbance, 16 William St., caller reports two intoxicated males engage in argument in the adjoining apartment, officer reports subject arguing over the last beer, one subject was sent on his way on foot, both subjects advised that they would be put into custody if there are any more issues involving a police response.

8:42 a.m.: pedestrian accident, McDonald’s Restaurant, 182 North Elm St., officer reports a female was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot but did not want police or medical services, street supervisor reports locating the female walking on Elm Street near Meadow Street, female reiterated that she did not want medical assistance and continued to walk down the street;
9:44 a.m.: officer wanted, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, caller reports she dropped her wallet outside the store and that it was returned by a subject, missing the cash it had contained, officer reports caller had left the wallet, containing 89 dollars, on the bumper of her vehicle, she returned to the store and spoke with an employee of a landscaping company who stated he had found the wallet in the road, a second employee reported that items from the wallet were blowing around, officer spoke with Walmart theft prevention to determine if the incident was recorded by security cameras, incident remains under investigation;
2:33 p.m.: forgery, Stop & Shop supermarket, 57 Main St., caller reports male party using commemorative coins to purchase items, white male has been using $5, $10, and $20 coins at the supermarket, coins have no value as currency, when confronted the male used regular currency to make his purchase and used his Stop& Shop customer card which allowed the store to identify him, officer reports security is checking security video of the incidents, incident referred to the detective bureau for further investigation;
2:38 p.m.: breaking and entering, larceny, 28 Union St., caller reports that the trunk compartment if his 2004 Mitsubishi was entered and a game system, games and a debit card were taken, referred to the detective bureau for further investigation;
