Ian Parent, 27, of 86 Ottawa Street, Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Dean K. Miller, 48, of 84 Prospect St., Orange, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Jeffrey Hullard, 34. Of 12 Kathy Way, Pittsfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of making annoying telephone calls brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to a 30-day term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed by another court.
Damien A. Rosario, 19, of 81 White St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $100.
Keyleb M. Peavey, 20, of 222 East Hausatonic St., Dalton, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor.
Nicholas J. Disterano, 27, of 2 Maria Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding in violation of special regulations and a motor vehicle lights violation and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $185 and found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Edward K. Arce, 37, of 7C Union Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
