Charles O’Gorman, 32, of 8 Tuller Circle, Simsbury, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield brought by Southwick police.
Carmen Morales, 44, of 3 Lewis Street, saw a charge of operating a motor with a suspended license not prosecuted.

Wednesday, June 13, 2012
Felix A. Hernandez, 28, of 78 Orange St., saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Corey Huard, 32, of 126 Union St., was held in lieu of $200 cash bail pending an Aug. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of uttering a counterfeit note and a charge of possession of a counterfeit note brought by Westfield police.
Carole L. Ormerod, 50, of 21 Pineywood Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor and was sentenced to a two year term in the house of correction with 180 days to be served directly with the balance suspended with probation for two years. She was fined $1,250 and assessed $390. She was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
William R. Menard, 21, of 106 Pineridge Drive, saw a charge of forgery of a registry of motor vehicle document dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee.
Zachary S. Therrien, 20, of 3 Leela Lane, Rochdale, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments and fees totaling $100. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.
