, 54, of 47 Broad St., Apt. B23, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash surety pending a July 24 hearing, after being arraigned on six counts of distribution of a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police.
Matthew L. Flynn, 28, of Crown St., was sentenced to 10 days in the House of Correction and received nine months probation after charges of failing to make probation payments of $980 were continued without finding, brought by State Police Russell.
Lyrisa Cadorette, A/K/A Lyrisa Whitehurt, 27, of 388 Appleton St., Holyoke, received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 while on probation after pleading guilty to charges of larceny under $250 and charges of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Zoe Cruz, 34, of 5 Pinelawn Road, Longmeadow, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was continued without finding and charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage were dismissed and Cruz was found not responsible for lights violation, brought by Westfield police.
Kenneth Garrett, 44, of 44 Forest Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
Eric S. Jenney, 45, of 132 North Ridge Road, was held on $5,000 personal surety after being arraigned on charges of three counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of possessing a firearm without a Firearms Identification (FID) card and one count of improper storage of a firearm, brought by Westfield police.
Ricky Santiago, 26, of 10 Franklin St., 1st floor, received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $100 after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment, and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Lacara A. Porter, 28, of 168 Elm St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Westfield police, dismissed at arraignment.
John Robinson-Ayala, 22, of 19 Eddy St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 26 hearing after he was found responsible at arraignment for charges of speeding and ordered to pay $105. Charges of not having an inspective sticker and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Eric H. Larsen, 48, of 101 Fountain St., Springfield, received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and was found responsible for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Roy V. Ramonas, Jr., 25, of Bel Air Motel, received a one year suspended sentence to the House of Correction with conditions after pleading guilty to larceny under $250, received three months probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to separate charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and a concurrent one year suspended sentence after pleading guilty to separate charges of larceny under $250 with charges of receiving stolen property over $250, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
