, 51, of 126 Montgomery St., received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of possession to distribute a Class A drug, amended to possible Class A, was continued without finding and charges of possession of a Class B drug and possession to distribute a Class C drug, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Eric S. Jenney, 45, of 132 North Ridge Road, was released in lieu of $5,000 personal surety with conditions pending an August 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of three counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of possessing a firearm without a Firearms Identification (FID) card and one count of improper storage of a firearm, brought by Westfield police.
Allan K. Margraf, 57, of 52 Middlefield Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug, brought by State Police Russell.
Frances A. Margraf, 50, of 52 Middlefield Road, Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation and possession of a Class A drug, brought by State Police Russell.
Kelvin Correa, 36, of 112 Orchard St., Apt. B-11, Springfield, was ordered to pay $50 court costs by July 6 to dismiss charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
Jose M. Nunez, 26, of 111 Savoy Ave., Springfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash surety pending a July 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession to distribute a Class A drug and possession of a Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
Julie M. Desharnais, 23, of 12 Franklin Ave. Apt. 2, received two months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding, brought by State Police Russell.
