Dakota Linbald, 21, of 8 City View Boulevard, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were dismissed upon payment of fees of $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed an additional $50.
Nicholas A. Thurman, 29, of 139 Roosevelt Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Chad Sullivan, 33, of 114 Piney Lane, Ludlow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Juan E. Santiago, 23, of 1330 Dwight St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
George F. Tangredi, 18, of 8 Birch Bluff Road, Montgomery, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim. A charge of assault was not prosecuted.
Matthew R. Kurowski, 27, of 48 Lake View St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Thomas M. Ricci, 49, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and obstructing justice brought by Southwick police.
Jason Valles, 37, of 76.5 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Denis Matsuk, 20, of 5 Coyote Glen Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
