Thomas J. Gallo, 63, of 37 Cabot Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and a motor vehicle lights violation.
Jonathan M. Roberts, 49, of 4 Waterman Ave., East Longmeadow, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Aaron C. Wright, 33, of 8 Cherry St., was ordered to remain drug free and be subject to testing when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of credit card fraud for value more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and a charge of possession of heroin was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Wright submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and that charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Michael D. Leblanc Jr., 25, of 13 Lakeshore Drive, Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to comply with all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Christina E. Johnson, 63, of 1 Lewis St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after she was arraigned on a municipal ordinance violation.
Brandon J. Palmer, 21, of 122 Chestnut St., Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation not prosecuted.
Joseph I. Guillen, 33, of 940 Boston Road, Springfield, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Stephanie L. Gay, 21, of 25 Sharon Lane, Feeding Hills, pleaded guilty to a charge of unarmed robbery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for a year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to remain drug fee and be subject to random testing.
Maribel Perez, 30, of 147 Main St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Rene T. Passa, 43, of 8 Cherry St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when she submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and credit card fraud for value more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for a year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $125. A charge of being present were heroin is kept was not prosecuted.
Donald P. Flynn, 54, of 40 Orange St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jimmy Jacobs, 27, of 130 Valleyview Ave., Woronoco, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, resisting arrest and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police
Jesse McClenahan, 30, of 3 Ethan Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250.
Timothy M. Hallenbeck, 56, of 250 Main St., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Gilberto Reyes-Calderon, 31, of 134 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Aaron P. Rosenfield, 25, of 353 South Lane, Granville, was found to be guilty of a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to wear a seat belt and was assessed an additional $75. In a separate case brought by Southwick police, he was again found to be guilty of a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license as well as a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to time served while awaiting trial and assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for charges of speeding in violation of special regulations and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and was assessed $50.
Jason W. Rodriguez, 28, of 86 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and speeding brought by State Police.
Joseph Theroux, 44, of 15 Morris St., saw charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime, kidnapping and assault and battery brought as two separate cases by Westfield police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Gisele M. Daggett, 26, of 14 Parker Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when she was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Vogel, 24, of 17 Oak Dale Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of larceny of property valued more than $250.
Carlo J. Gouvin, 28, of 84 Corona St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Nathan D. Hopson, 25, of 12 Furrowtown Road, was found to be responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Southwick police and was assessed $150. A charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification were not prosecuted.
Jordan A. Blasenak, 26, of 14 Grand St., was ordered to stay away from and make no threats or violence toward the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges malicious damage to property valued more than $250 and malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
