Anthony C. Volino, 20, of 689 Skyline Trail, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
Steven Healey, 21, of 15 Livingstone Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield, speeding and failure to signal brought by State Police.
Daniel L. Wheeler, 18, of 60 Chester Road, Middlefield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Kara Bertone, 25, of 1232 Russell Road, was found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Michael Gibbons, 18, of 8 Lewis St., was ordered to stay away from and make no threats or violence toward the victim when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduce and assault and battery brought by Westfield police. The charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months and he was assessed $50.
Joshua Smith, 17, of 51 Foss St., Chicopee, was placed on pretrial probation for six months and was assessed $50 after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Tasha K. Vachon, 20, of 184 Carrington Road, Montgomery, was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Daniel C. Loucks, 32, of 46 S. Main Road, Otis, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class A drug brought by State Police.
