Edwin Davila Jr., 34, of 40 Wilbraham Ave., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50.
Edward Wheeler, 46, of 93 Russellville Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Randal J. Yarmesky, 35, of 42 Arnold St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year, He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and was assessed $500.
Ilmer G. Canales, 22, of 43 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession brought by Westfield police.
Luke J. Smith, 21, of 2 Grace Terrace, Medway, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was ordered to pay court costs of $200, to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing and was assessed $50.

Jacqueline M. Doody, 67, of 79B Danek Drive, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Jeremiah J. Smith, 26, of 23 Frederick St., saw a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

Friday, March 15, 2013
Steven M. Raskauskas, 17, of 92 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $120. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Raskauskas submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle valued less than $250 and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was ordered to pay restitution of $167.
Xenia Chaqui, 23, of 532 S. Summer St., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by State Police and was assessed $25.
Alexander D. Pouliot, 25, of 342 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and he was assessed $100. A number plate violation to conceal identification was not prosecuted.
James Keenan, 53, of 26 Klondike Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
Glenn Farrelly, 32, of 11 Day Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and a charge of operating under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Deidre F. Webb, 43, of no known address, was ordered to stay away from and make no threats or violence toward the victim when she was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny from a person aged 65 or older brought by Westfield police.
