Timothy Shea, 18, of 11 Independence Road, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield State University police.
Thomas Fisher, 55, of 919 Lockhouse Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Walter Hallack, 18, of 111 Roosevelt Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Luis Cosme, 27, of 367 Elm St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Cody Nazzaro, 21, of 9 Tanglewood Drive, Chelmsford, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Melissa Lopez, 35, of 66 Sorrento St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
